(A) No
shall enter or remain upon the A. J. Jolly Park Golf Course, its lands, structures, or waters unless, at the time, he or she is an authorized golfer or
authorized to be on said premises by the Park Director.
(B) Entering or remaining upon the A.J. Jolly Park Golf Course, its lands, structures, or water without authority to do so, constitutes trespass.
