§ 93.08 VEHICLES TO BE CONSTRUCTED SO AS TO PREVENT LEAKING OF CONTENTS.
   (A)   No shall be driven or moved on any public unless such is so constructed or loaded as to prevent any of its load from dropping, shifting, leaking or otherwise escaping therefrom, except that sand or gravel, and like substances, be dropped for the purpose of securing traction, or water or other substances be sprinkled on a road surface for the cleaning or maintaining of same by public authority or by under contract or other authorization by such public authority.
   (B)   Any owning or operating a from which any glass or other objects have fallen, leaked, or escaped, which constitutes an obstruction or injury to a or otherwise endangers the or travel upon such , shall immediately cause such to be cleaned of all such objects, and shall pay the cost incurred therefor.
