(A) If an individual who borrows a fails to return the cage in the same condition as it was borrowed, or fails to reimburse the for its replacement cost as defined in the policy manual, then that individual shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor.
(B) It shall be the duties of all peace officers to enforce this chapter and to cite violations of same to district court.
