§ 90.09 HUMANE TREATMENT OF ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to any .

   (D)   Any which is chained, tied, or otherwise restrained shall be provided no less than 10 feet of chain, rope, and the like with a swivel attached to prevent entanglement.
   (E)   It shall be unlawful for any to keep an within the passenger compartment of an automobile without adequate ventilation in the summer or adequate warmth in the winter. No shall enclose any in the trunk of an automobile under circumstances that would endanger the life or well-being of the . The / or any Police Officer shall rescue any confined in such a manner.
