(A) Parking shall be restricted on a designated segment of Mallard Drive on school days to four hours between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
(B) The restricted area shall span from the beginning of Mallard Drive at KY 915 and extend to Labrador Lane.
(C) The Campbell County Road Department shall mark this designated area by appropriate signage.
(D) This section shall not invalidate any other parking restrictions currently in place on Mallard Drive.
(E) Owners and/or operators of vehicles parked or left standing in this restricted parking area in violation of this section
be cited for violation of this section, punishable as set forth in § 72.99. Any vehicle parked or left standing in this restricted parking area in violation of this section
be towed at the expense of the owner and/or operator.
