(A) The County Judge Executive with the approval of the Fiscal Court is authorized to erect no parking signs in designated areas on or near any road in Campbell County.
(B) No
shall park a motor vehicle in an area where no parking signs have been erected.
(C) No
shall park a motor vehicle within one foot of the traveled portion of any road, except upon a private driveway.
(D) Any law enforcement
issue a citation to any
who violates division (B) or (C) above.
(E) Any motor vehicle parked in violation of division (B) or (C) above which constitutes a safety hazard
be towed away.
(F) The purpose of this section is to restrict and prohibit parking on or near the traveled portion of public roads and it is not a defense that the road is not a dedicated street, or that it is not a part of the
road system.
