§ 54.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Violation of §§ 54.01 and 54.02 of this chapter shall constitute a violation, the penalty for which is a fine not to exceed the sum of $250.

   (B)   Non-compliance with any mandatory requirement of § 54.03 will constitute a violation, the penalty for which is a fine not to exceed the sum of $250. Any person who violates the requirements of Level 4 conservation will be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 and up to 90 days imprisonment. Each day in violation of the terms of this section will constitute a separate offense.
