§ 52.04 FEES.

Fees be imposed for plans extremely hazardous substance emergency plans (hereinafter referred to as EHSFER Plans), the revenues from which shall cover only the of EHSFER Plan review and approval. The fees shall be in accordance with a schedule of fees set by the Campbell County Fiscal Court, and shall be collected by the administering agency. The fee schedule shall be uniform for all required to submit EHSFER Plans under the provisions of this chapter.
