(A) The terms
PERSON, SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY, and MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITY shall be defined for the purpose of this the same as defined in KRS §§ 224.01-010.
(B) The terms
OWNER and OPERATOR shall have the same meaning specified in 401 KAR 30:010 section (144) and (145).
(C) SOLID WASTE SITE or FACILITY means any place where waste is managed, processed, or disposed of by incineration, landfilling, or any other method but does not include a container located on property where is generated and which is used solely for the purpose of collection and temporary of that prior to off-site disposal.
