(A) Title. A new section of the Campbell County, Kentucky Code entitled “Campbell County Jobs Development Program” is hereby adopted and described herein.
(B) Purpose and intent. In order to create new jobs, new sources of revenue for the support of public services, and improvement in the quality of life for citizens through the creation of sustainable jobs with higher salaries, it is the declared purpose of this to provide for eligible companies and to encourage the location or expansion of facilities, operations, and nonretail facilities.
