(a) Following receipt and review of the employment information submitted by the bidders, and prior to award of a contract, the apparent successful bidder and his known major subcontractors shall be required to attend a pre-award conference if called by the Director of Administration, at which time such bidder and major subcontractor shall submit affirmative action programs to promote equal opportunity in employment.
(c) After receiving the recommendation of the Director of Administration, the Mayor or the Director of the department involved shall process the award recommendation to the Board of Control. (Ord. 76-6825. Passed 5-19-76.)
