(a) All registrations and licenses expire at midnight EST on December 31 of the current calendar year and must be renewed with insurance on or prior to January 1 of the following year. Before any expiring registration is renewed, the registration holder shall provide any change in the information furnished on his application, pay the renewal fee listed in Section1341.06
and provide proof of paid up insurance listed in Section1341.05

(b) The Chief Building Official may deny renewal of registration or licensing of any person or contractor if violations as listed in Section 1341.08 exist.
