(a) Registration and/or license holders cannot secure building permits for work to be performed by any other individual, contractor or firm other than the registration holder. Work, which is performed without the contractor being registered and/or licensed. Work which is performed by the registration or license holder who willfully or by reason of the reckless disregard refused to correct violations of the Building Code under which a structure is being built when so notified of said violation(s) by the City of Campbell Building Inspection Department.
(b) Work which is performed in violation of any applicable statute, ordinance, rule or regulation of the Township, County, State, City or Village relating to the zoning, erection, construction, repair, alteration, improvement, removal, replacement and/or remodeling of any structure. Registration and/or licensing may be denied, suspended or revoked to any person or company who has been convicted in the State of Ohio of a criminal charge relating to breach of fiduciary duty or trustworthiness.
