1321.09 ROOFS, GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS.

All roofs of every dwelling structure shall be maintained weathertight and shall be equipped with gutters and downspouts to a public storm sewer. All gutters and downspouts must be kept clean and free from cracks, leaks and rust or other signs of erosion.
