1321.08  FOUNDATIONS.
   (a)   All foundations of every dwelling unit shall be maintained in good repair and structurally sound.
   (b)   All openings into the foundation of every dwelling structure shall be protected against the entrance of rodents.  (Ord. 96-8964.  Passed 5-1-96.)
