1321.07 GENERAL MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.

All dwelling structures and all exterior parts thereof shall be maintained in good repair and shall be capable of performing the function of which such structure or part of any feature thereof was designed or intended to be used. (Ord. 96-8964. Passed 5-1-96.)
