(a) Owner: The owner of every single family, duplex and multi-family dwelling as defined herein shall be responsible for the exterior building maintenance thereof in good repair, safe condition and sanitary as required for maintaining in a clean and sanitary condition, the shared or common areas of the premises which are to be available to the tenant at all reasonable times.
(b) Occupant: The occupant of any dwelling structure shall be responsible for maintaining in a clean and sanitary condition that part of the outside premises which he occupies and controls. (Ord. 96-8964. Passed 5-1-96.)
