901.99  PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates Section 901.01 (a) shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).  (1973 Code §97.99)
   (b)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which the offense occurs or continues.
