(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) The violation of § 31.01 shall be a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine not more than $100 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days.

(C) Any person violating any prohibition or restriction imposed by a proclamation authorized by § 31.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable, upon conviction, by a fine not exceeding $50 or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
