(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke tobacco products or to cause or allow smoke to be emitted from tobacco products within the following county buildings:
(1) Courthouse;
(2) Department of Social Services Building;
(3) Office Building;
(4) Senior Center;
(5) Historical Jail;
(6) Administration Building;
(7) Maintenance Building;
(8) E.I.C. Resource Center; and
(9) All county recycling center attendants’ buildings.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to leave a tobacco product's ashes or residue or cigarette butts upon any floor, stairway, windowsill or any other surface within the county buildings named in division (A) above.
