§ 158.085 PERMITTED USES.
   Any building, group of buildings, structures or objects which constitute non-conforming structures pursuant to the zoning ordinance of the city and which fall under the jurisdiction of the Commission may be repaired or restored in accordance with the criteria for rehabilitation as set forth herein and must be reconstructed on the original foundation site after receiving a certificate of appropriateness issued by the Commission. Any non-conforming structure which is expanded, enlarged, repaired, restored or reconstructed pursuant to a certificate of appropriateness, must conform to all applicable fire and safety codes. Otherwise, the city’s zoning ordinance will govern all land use and structures and/or subdivision for conforming historic properties.
