The Commission may authorize an ongoing survey and inventory of historic properties, provided such survey is conducted in accordance with professional standards and under the qualified supervision of the State Historic Preservation Office. Such survey shall follow procedures described in The South Carolina Historic Preservation Program; Survey Manual. Owners are to be notified that their property is being included in the survey.
