§ 33.01 COMPOSITION.
   The Fire Department of the city shall consist of the Chief of the Fire Department and any other officers and firefighters as the City Manager deems necessary, who shall be regularly salaried employees of the city, together with not less than 16 volunteer firefighters selected as provided by § 33.30.
