§ 33.30 APPOINTMENT; REMOVAL.
   Members of the Volunteer Fire Department shall be approved by the City Manager upon the recommendation of the Fire Chief. Any members of the Volunteer Fire Department may be removed at any time by the City Manager upon the recommendation of the Fire Chief.
