§ 156.049 AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING.

If the area being subdivided, or any part thereof, is located within the boundary of a designated special flood hazard area, as delineated by Flood Insurance Rate Maps for the city, adequate plans and specifications for protection from flooding shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 152.
