(A) This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the city as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in its Flood Insurance Study, dated September 28, 2018, with accompanying maps and other supporting data that are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.
(B) Upon annexation any special flood hazard areas identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in its Flood Insurance Study for the unincorporated areas of Kershaw County, with accompanying map and other data are incorporated by reference and declared part of this chapter.
