§ 150.30 PROCEDURES FOR WRECKING, DEMOLISHING AND REMOVING BUILDINGS.
   The procedures set forth in the IPMC, as adopted and notified by § 150.07 of this Code (the “Modified IPMC”), and the Unfit Dwellings Act shall be followed when wrecking, removing, or demolishing any building or structure or portion thereof. To the extent the provisions of the Modified IPMC conflict with the Unfit Dwellings Act, the provisions of the Modified IPMC shall control.
