(A) International Existing Building Code adopted. That a certain document, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the Building Official of the city, being marked and designated as the International Existing Building Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., be and is hereby adopted as the building code for the city; for the control of building and structures as herein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of the latest edition of said code, including all subsequent amendments thereto approved by the South Carolina Building Codes Council, are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed herein below.
(B) International Existing Building Code revised. Section 101.1. Insert: City of Camden.
