(A) It shall be unlawful for any person in the city to give information about or direct any other person to any house or place for immoral purposes, or to any immoral woman, whether the communication be by word of mouth direct, by telephone, or in writing.
(B) Violation of this section shall, on the first offense, be subject to the penalty set forth in § 130.99(B). Second and subsequent offenses shall be punished under appropriate state law.
