§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this title for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates §§ 130.03, 131.06, 132.04 through 132.07, or 134.01 shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500 and/or imprisoned not more than 30 days.
