§ 131.06 EVADING TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any motorized vehicle to be driven through private property to evade any legal traffic sign or signal.
   (B)   A violation of this section shall be deemed a misdemeanor, punishable as set forth in § 130.99(B).
