It shall be unlawful, upon airport property of the city known as Woodward Field, to do any of the following.
(A) Trespass.
(B) Drag race without permission of City Council.
(C) Park, drive, or otherwise enter other than for aeronautical purposes without permission of City Council or permission of the operator of such airport, or permission of any lessee from the city of any portion thereof. Any such operator shall have no authority to permit parking, driving, or entry upon any portion of such airport property for which such operator is not responsible under terms of any agreement with the city; and no lessee of any airport property shall have authority to permit parking, driving, or entry upon any portion of such airport property not subject to lease to such lessee from the city.
