§ 130.04 BEGGING.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any beggar or indigent person to solicit alms or assistance in any form upon the streets or public places of the city.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to beg or solicit money for the benefit of any charitable cause without first obtaining a written permit from the Clerk and Treasurer of the city, approved by the Chief of Police.
