§ 100.06 TREE CITY USA.
   The city shall strive to maintain its Tree City USA certification and submit an application for this designation each year by December 15 to the South Carolina Forestry Commission and the National Arbor Day Foundation. To maintain eligibility for this program, the city shall strive to meet all criteria for such certification.
