§ 90.32 DEAD ANIMALS; REPORT REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to bring into the city any dead animal of any kind.

   (B)   Any person having upon his or her premises any dead animal or fowl not owned by him or her shall immediately report the dead animal or fowl to a law enforcement officer. Any person having upon his or her premises any dead animal or fowl that he or she is the owner thereof, shall immediately dispose of such animal in such a manner as to prevent a public health hazard.
