(A) No person shall keep or permit to be kept on his or her premises any wild or dangerous animal for display or for exhibition purposes, whether gratuitously or for a fee. This section shall not be construed to apply to zoological parks, performing animal exhibitions or circuses.
(B) No person shall keep or permit to be kept any wild animal as a pet.

(A) No performing animal exhibition or circus shall be permitted in which animals are induced or encouraged to perform through the use of chemical, mechanical, electrical or manual devices in a manner which will cause, or is likely to cause, physical injury or suffering.
(B) All equipment used on a performing animal shall fit properly and be in good working condition.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or drive any horse, mule, pony or any other animal upon any of the sidewalks of the city.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to bring into the city any dead animal of any kind.

(B) Any person having upon his or her premises any dead animal or fowl not owned by him or her shall immediately report the dead animal or fowl to a law enforcement officer. Any person having upon his or her premises any dead animal or fowl that he or she is the owner thereof, shall immediately dispose of such animal in such a manner as to prevent a public health hazard.
