§ 71.11 CERTAIN TYPES OF WHEELS OR MACHINERY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall drive, drag, or draw upon or across paved streets or thoroughfares of the city a vehicle having wheels with flanges, ribs, clamps, or other devices attached to or forming a part of such wheels which would damage the surface of the pavement.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drag or draw, or cause to be dragged or drawn, upon, over, or across any paved, macadamized, or clayed street or sidewalk of the city, any disc harrows or other machinery, implement, or vehicle of any description which will dig up, damage, or injure such paved, macadamized, or clayed streets and walks.
