(A) Definitions. As used in this chapter:
MARIJUANA. Marijuana as defined in R.C. § 3719.01.
MEDICAL MARIJUANA. Marijuana that is cultivated, processed, dispensed, tested, processed, or used for a medical purpose.
(B) Cultivating, processing, or dispensing medical marijuana prohibited. No person shall cultivate, process, dispense, or sell medical marijuana. The cultivation, processing or retail dispensing of medical marijuana, even under a license issued under R.C. Ch. 3796, is prohibited within the city.
(C) Penalty. Whoever violates any division of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day that the person continues to violate this section shall constitute a separate and complete offense.
