§ 95.27 DEPOSIT OF INCOME TAX RECEIPTS.
   The funds collected under the provisions of this subchapter shall be deposited in the general fund, and shall be disbursed in the following order.
   (A)   Such part thereof shall be necessary to defray all costs of collecting the taxes and cost of administering and enforcing the provisions thereof.
   (B)   Two-tenths of income tax money shall be applied to the Police Department budget.
   (C)   Fifteen percent of 1% of the remaining net available income tax money, after deductions, shall be transferred to the Street Department and these transfers shall be made monthly.
   (D)   The remaining net available income tax receipts received annually may be used for any purpose permitted by law and may, from time to time, be transferred to other funds and appropriated for such purposes.
