§ 102.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to help to maintain quality of life within the city by regulating amplified sound which endangers the safety or health of humans or animals, annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of normal sensitivities, or endangers or injures personal or real property.
