§ 50.004 SERVICE BEYOND CITY LIMITS.
   (A)   Sewer service shall not be extended beyond the corporate limits of the city unless first approved by the Mayor and a majority vote of City Council.
   (B)   Pre-annexation agreement will be required in each case where sewer service is extended beyond the corporate limits of the city pursuant to this section.
