Editor's note:
   Former § 138.06, which was derived from R.C. § 2925.22, is no longer included in the Codified Ordinances. By House Bill 615, effective March 27, 1991, the Ohio General Assembly classified all violations of R.C. § 2925.22 as felonies. Therefore each charge of deception to obtain a dangerous drug, including marihuana, should now be filed under R.C. § 2925.22.
