(A) Upon the first violation of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of its requirements, a person may be fined not more than $100 per day.
(B) Each day that any violation of this chapter continues after receipt of a violation notice shall constitute a separate offense. The owner or tenant of any building, structure, premises or part thereof, and any architect, builder, contractor, agent or other person who commits, participates in, assists in, or maintains such a violation may each be found guilty of separate offenses and suffer the penalties herein provided.
