§ 117.04 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   A license may be revoked or a license shall not be issued by the Mayor at any time for cause after reasonable notice and hearing before the Mayor have been accorded the licensee. Grounds for license revocation or refusal to issue a license by the Mayor shall include one or more of the following.
   (A)   Post-licensure conviction of the licensee of any crime involving moral turpitude.
   (B)   A finding by the Mayor that the licensee or prospective licensee has engaged in a pattern or practice of fraudulent, deceptive, or unconscionable conduct in the practice of fortune telling and that the conduct has been injurious or harmful to specific consumers.
   (C)   Misrepresentation or falsification of material facts in the application for the license.
