§ 117.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   No person shall practice fortune telling in the city without first obtaining a license from the Mayor as provided in this chapter.
   (B)   The fee for the license shall be $100 per year and the license shall expire January 1 of each year. The fee shall accompany the application made to the Mayor.
