§ 115.26 DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED; REVOCATION.
   Whenever a licensed driver is convicted of driving a taxicab, for which a driver's license is required, during a period for which his license has been suspended, it shall be mandatory upon the Director to notify the Auditor who shall revoke the license of such driver. Such driver shall not be eligible to receive a new license for a period of one year from the date of such revocation.
