§ 115.20 FAILURE TO PAY FARE; EVIDENCE.
   No person shall with intent to defraud the owner or driver of any taxicab, engage carriage therein. Refusal to pay the lawful charge for such carriage, or absconding without payment or offer to pay, shall be evidence of such intent to defraud.
