§ 115.19 PASSENGER CARRIAGE LIMITED TO TAXICABS AND BUSES.

The carrying of passengers as a business for compensation by any vehicle other than a taxicab, duly licensed under and operating in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, or by motor buses, operating under proper authority, is prohibited.
