§ 115.15 ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF DRIVER'S LICENSE.
   (A)   If the Director is satisfied that the applicant is a suitable and proper person to drive a taxicab and the examination discloses no matters which the Director, in his discretion, feels justified in the denying issuance of such license, the Director shall have the authority to grant such license upon payment of the proper fee and the compliance with all of the requirements of this chapter.
   (B)   The type, kind, and information contained on the driver's license shall be within the discretion of the Director.
