(A) No taxicab shall be operated within the corporate limits of the city, unless a license has been issued to the owner thereof and is in force. Every license shall expire on December 31 of the year in which it is issued. The fee for each cab shall be $30 per year.
(B) The above fees are in addition to all fees required under the laws of the state.
